Applicants for membership must show a willingness to become involved in the co-op activities:

• Take care of their unit
• Attend members meetings
• Join and take part in any Co-op events.

Once you have given your completed application form and a unit is available the co-op will do a landlord and credit check, recommend applicants to the Board of Directors for approval and our Membership Administrator will interview all adult's applying.

You will then be invited to look at a unit, make a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the unit and set a date for move in.

Upon move in you will be required to pay the member' s deposit (equivalent to one month's housing charge), your first month' s housing charge and a one-time membership fee for each adult of $10.00 each.

• Underground parking is $25.00 per vehicle. Parking upstairs is for visitors only.
• Utilities are included.
• Telephone and Cable are extra.
• 2 of our buildings are air-conditioned.
• FLOOR PLANS (will be given to you).
• Please note that we do not accept co-signers.
